Customize your engagement ring
If you want to create a unique engagement ring from scratch instead of choosing from our existing designs, please provide us with an idea or a photo. We will make and render a 3D model based on your vision, and our professional crafters will turn it into a stunning lab-grown diamond engagement ring.
Sketching
We sketch your thoughts, and you make the final decision. Visualizing your ideas on a canvas is just so beautiful and personal. Our sketch is a creative and complex process that transcends any technology, as well as an artful prelude to the production of your bespoke lab-grown diamond ring.
3D Modeling
Our professional design team will create a 3D model based on your design concept, then materialize and render it with advanced computer programs that generate photo-realistic images of your jewelry piece. 3D modeling allows you to see the details and outcome of your engagement ring before it is brought to life.
Casting
A wax mold is 3D printed from the previous rendering step and then encased in a specialized plaster. The hardened plaster is heated, leaving a cavity inside in the shape of the ring as the wax evaporates. A raw casting is then done by pouring molten metal into the mold inside a vacuum chamber.
Mounting
After the metal cools down from casting, our skilled goldsmith polishes the ring to achieve a smooth surface. The ring is then assembled, examined, and adjusted under an eye loupe or microscope. Your Sunny Eden™ diamond from hair will be finally set into the engagement ring, along with other side stones or Pavé stones.
